so, out of sadness, i ate half a bag of cheetos/chips/pretzel mix.

and we all dressed up for it too. (kind of. maybe just cleaner-looking than usual).

Holy Stubbiness

we set up our little shrine thing today for our theory class final project.

good thing the rice flour paste worked, we postered almost the entire front wall space of the gallery :) i don’t have a picture of it but i’ll take some later. we have these boxes that hold plastic dinosaurs, candles and marshmallows… our creation story explains the extinction of dinosaurs through the great marshmallow god choking all the dinosaurs because they were evil.

theory is fun! (we really just did this project just because we felt like it, the curatorial premise was on orchestrated realities blah blah blah and we came up with this out of … boredom)

lok threw a saran wrap ball at my face during the process and IT HURT. BALLS CAN HAVE CORNERS TOO YOU KNOW? and of course anthony got all sarcastic and said they would give me a purple heart for all I’ve suffered… … …

I know Karin is going to scold me for posting this but I was really looking forward to this week’s Alice in Wonderland themed items!!!! I don’t play as much as I did for the last few months because I did some cheats for this game so I filled up all my rooms, but this week is an exception because I’m a sucker for anything Alice-themed :P

this reminds me of halloween… luzzy and i were on our way downtown and there was a mad hatter on the sky train :) i would love a mad hatter costume except I would get so hot under all those layers ;)

will stop playing now. PROMISE. ok maybe I’ll just play on sundays when there’s new stuff >_>

party food

we had a gallery opening for one half of our theory class today… party food was kind of fun. cupcakes, cheetos, chips and bread+dip. and gummy bears. now i am feeling too full because i had dinner with oscar at white spot after all the food at the gallery X_x

presentation on friday! photography final project next tuesday! installation for theory next tuesday! photography for sculpture class next thursday! paper due next friday! FML!

I’m kind of only half done everything and I’m feeling kind of sick from eating too much : ( I wish I could motivate myself to finish SOMETHING. could be worse I suppose. could be a lot worse.

I’m just being whiny. who else wants to whine with me?? we shall bask in each others whinyness and all its glory.

It was so windy last night, we had no electricity for almost 3 hours. I was writing a post card to Ray when this happened, and realized that I had nothing else to do afterward but to play sudoku by candlelight.

went to school today with Lok and we learned about the business of art. then we painted 4 boxes. and I had spaghetti with jumbo shrimp with Oscar. and all the mundane things that happens on a Thursday and yeah.
